Why me?
I'm Steve Gibson. I was too busy building a business to worry about health. Until it drifted and eventually gave me Type 2 Diabetes and messed up everything.
Didn't have to. Wish I knew at 32 what I know now.
I’m not a doctor, but used my Imperial and Royal Holloway training to reclaim control even when times are tough.
As father of three - two doctors, one educator - I've realised there is so much to life.
My training simplifies complex problems for organisations where systems are critical. Organisations like Oxford, the MoD and Intelligence Agencies.
But I neglected me.
After trusting the official advice for years and watching my health spiral, I applied my pattern recognition to simplify my health and Type 2.
Developed a framework I call "enuf" to get into remission.
Today, life is good. I eat well. I travel. I go out. I have fun. I live.
